Pricing
Simple pricing for hospitality venues
My-Tab offers guided onboarding for bars, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality venues. Selected venues enter through pilot access, while live operational venues move onto a monthly SaaS plan based on venue footprint and service complexity.
Pricing is based on venue size, service footprint, and operational setup requirements.
How it works
How My-Tab pricing works
My-Tab is priced for hospitality operations, not raw app usage. Pricing is based primarily on venue footprint, service complexity, and operator access needs — keeping costs predictable and aligned to real deployment requirements.
Venue footprint
The size of your venue, number of service areas, and table or zone coverage inform your pricing scope.
Operational complexity
Venues with more complex service flows, multiple areas, or extended notification needs sit in a higher tier.
Operator coverage
Pricing reflects the level of manager access, onboarding support, and ongoing operational coverage required.

Common questions
Do you charge by tab count?
No. My-Tab pricing is based on venue footprint and operational requirements, not raw tab or order volume. This keeps pricing more predictable across different service periods.
Do you offer pilot access?
Yes. Selected venues may be onboarded through a pilot or early-access process before moving to a standard monthly plan. Pilot access is by approval and may be time-boxed.
Can I sign up instantly online?
Not at this stage. My-Tab is currently offered through guided onboarding and venue approval rather than instant self-serve signup or checkout. This ensures each venue is set up correctly before going live.
Do you support larger venues and resorts?
Yes. Resort, hotel, and multi-zone deployments are handled through a custom commercial and onboarding process scoped to match the venue's real operating complexity.
Are payment-processing fees included?
No. The monthly SaaS fee covers platform access and venue operations. Payment-related fees would only apply when integrated payment capabilities are available and active for your venue.
