2. How My-Tab uses cookies

The My-Tab platform uses a limited set of cookies and similar session-based technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential operation — cookies required for the platform to function, including maintaining patron session state and manager authentication.
• Security — cookies used to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

My-Tab does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies.

The My-Tab platform integrates with third-party services including messaging API providers (WhatsApp, Zalo) and cloud infrastructure.
