1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the My-Tab platform, including the patron-facing venue experience at my-tab.app and the venue operator management interface at manager.my-tab.app, operated by MY-TAB GLOBAL LIMITED ("My-Tab", "we", "us", "our"), a Hong Kong registered company.
By accessing or using the My-Tab platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform description
My-Tab is a hospitality software platform providing:
- A browser-based QR ordering and tab management experience for patrons of participating hospitality venues.
- A browser-based manager portal for venue operators to manage menus, QR codes, venue profiles, orders, tabs, and staff notifications.
- Operational service messaging through supported channels including WhatsApp and Zalo.
My-Tab is a software platform. It is not a payment institution, financial services provider, or licensed financial intermediary. Bill closure facilitation, where applicable, is handled by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and licensing conditions.
3. Venue operators
Venue operators who register for the My-Tab Manager portal ("Operators") agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Use the platform only for lawful hospitality operations at their registered venue(s).
- Comply with all applicable laws governing their hospitality operations, data handling, and communications with patrons.
- Not permit unauthorised access to their manager account credentials.
- Be responsible for all content they publish through the platform, including menu items and pricing.
4. Patron use
Patrons who access the My-Tab platform via a venue QR code agree to:
- Use the platform for the purpose of ordering and managing a tab at the participating venue.
- Provide accurate contact information where requested for session verification purposes.
- Not misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent any technical controls.
5. Service messaging
By using the My-Tab platform, patrons acknowledge that operational messages related to their active session — including verification, order confirmations, billing reminders, and account-status updates — may be sent through supported messaging channels (including WhatsApp and Zalo).
Marketing communications are handled separately and only sent where the required consent has been obtained.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the My-Tab platform, including software, design, and content produced by MY-TAB GLOBAL LIMITED, remains the property of MY-TAB GLOBAL LIMITED. Operators and patrons are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for its intended purpose only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MY-TAB GLOBAL LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any party in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by that party to MY-TAB GLOBAL LIMITED in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim, if any.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any operator or patron who breaches these Terms, or for operational reasons, with or without prior notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
